We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction when you make a purchase on isa-tech.ca. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Site.
- Go to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to initiate the return request.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, a refund will be processed within 30 days, and the amount will be credited to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or promotional items
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the return process outlined above, then make a new purchase for the desired item.
